At SkinBrights Digital Marketing, we are committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service Types

Our services fall into two categories:

  • Management Fees: Monthly fees for campaign management, optimization, and consulting services
  • Advertising Spend: Costs paid directly to advertising platforms (Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

3. Management Fee Refunds

First Month Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of management fees paid, provided:

  • The request is made within 30 days of service commencement
  • You have actively participated in onboarding and provided required access
  • The dissatisfaction is communicated clearly with specific concerns

After First Month:

Management fees for completed months are non-refundable. You may cancel services at any time with 30 days' written notice, but fees for services already rendered will not be refunded.

4. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable as these costs are passed directly to the advertising platforms. We do not control refund policies of these platforms.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged by an advertising platform, we will assist you in contacting the platform to resolve the issue.

5. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes account setup, initial campaign configuration, and strategic planning.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email your request to [email protected]
  2. Include your account information and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

7. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, including:

  • Service interruptions caused by our error
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services
  • Billing errors

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Poor campaign performance due to market conditions, competition, or product quality
  • Client failure to provide necessary materials, access, or approvals
  • Termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Services already rendered and completed
  • Change of mind after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend services immediately and pursue collection of owed amounts. Please contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes.

10. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team at [email protected]. We will conduct a fair review and provide a final decision within 10 business days.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
